Far Cry 5 | Jacob Trials

My contributions to Far Cry 5 were as a Lead Level Artist on the northern third of the map, this was Jacob Seed's region in the Whitetail Mountains. As a Lead Level Artist, I worked with the directors to help implement the world narrative for the game, as well as overseeing the Level Art team providing direction. My Level Art contribution included specifiying location direction, placeholder asset building, set dressing, biome implementation, terrain sculpting, polish and debug.
For the Jacob Trials I worked with Level Designer Tim Davies. From Tim's grey block I pitched and executed on the high level Nightmare visuals for this level, working with Realization Director Mischa Hrziwnatzki. I created proxy meshes for each room, working alongside Modeller Theo Mills, to ensure the mood matched the idea for each piece. Additional polish/support was provided by Richard Bharata.
Final assets were created by the Object Bank team, lead by Hyoyong Koo and Judy Suh
